What is a ShopPass?

A ShopPass is a Discount coupon. 

Does the value include taxes, additional fees, etc?

ShopPass coupons do not necessarily include taxes or any additional fees such as home improvement permits for the home improvement ShopPass discounts. See the fine print for each deal.

What are ShopPass Credits?

ShopPass credits are a similar to a token or point systems. Each coupon / deal will require the user to use a certain amount of their ShopPass credits to reserve a deal.

I want today’s ShopPass deal! How do I get it?

Just click the "Get Coupon" button and then click on "Reserve Deal Now". This will deduct the amount of credits necessary to reserve this deal. When the deal offer ends or tips you'll be sent the coupon and if the deal doesn't tip, the credits are automatically added back into your account. You'll be able to verify this too by clicking on "my credits" tab. 

Where is My ShopPass?

I just used credits on a ShopPass deal, but nothing showed up in my email. Why not?

All ShopPass deals are processed at midnight on the close of business that day. You will receive your ShopPass(s) sometime between midnight and 8:00 AM CST the following morning.

OK, I waited until the next morning, but my ShopPass never made it to my email. Where is it?

Your ShopPass was sent and if you don't see it, it was more then likely grabed by your spam filter. Your ShopPass is still safe and available if you login to your account where your reserved ShopPass(s) can be printed. 

If I use credits to reserve today’s ShopPass deal, how do I actually use it?

The following morning, you will be emailed your ShopPass coupon. Print the ShopPass out and present to the business! Enjoy the deal and pay the business directly

Can I  get a refunded on my unused credits?

No, credits are non-refundable or transferable.   ShopPass guarantees all credits until the coupon expires (see details).

Reserve deal with ShopPass credits and they're guaranteed until the coupon expires

The business went out of business, let us know before the coupon expires and we'll add the credits you used back in your account.
